Roxy Mankoo launched April’s Baker in November 2019. Having been trained at Le Cordon Bleu, and learnt from bakeries across London and New York, Roxy holds an excellent attention to detail, an extensive skill set and an eye for the ornate.
Since then, April’s Baker has evolved into a sister-run business, with Corinne Mankoo becoming Co-Director. Corinne studied Event Design and Business Management, bringing even more brain power to the unique creativity that makes April’s Baker something so distinct.
